We ship via USPS, FedEx & UPS from Naples, FL. All orders placed before 1pm EST will be shipped the same day. Orders that arrive on Friday after 1pm will shipped by the following Monday

We want to do everything possible to make your return process smooth and easy.  Our guarantee to you is that if you wish to return products for any reason you may send them back to us postmarked within 7 days of purchase.  Some exclusions apply, so please read the full return policy for additional information.

We make returning your purchase easy. There are no restocking fees or hidden charges; customers will only be responsible for shipping the product back to us. There are no other fees.

 

For hygienic reasons, the only requirement for a refund is the returned item is in its original packaging with the seal intact. If the seal has been broken, the return will be voided.
